Hood Lift Block Kit

We have noticed that over the years more and more cheaper lift kits for the Humvee and Hummer H1 cut corners by not providing solid hood lift blocks or in some cases dont provide them at all. For kits using aluminum or steel tubing, this can be problematic as the weight of the hood over time can compress the mount which in turn can loosen the mounting. This is why we believe it to be critical to use a solid mount for lifting your hood. When designing our hood blocks we accounted for the off-center hole locations to not only better match the dimensions of the hinges but also to ensure you can easily make adjustments when aligning your hood. And because our blocks are solid aluminum, you'll never have to worry about the integrity of your lift blocks failing.
 
Each block is made of solid 6061 aluminum bar that is precision machined and powdercoated to ensure the best in strength and corrosion resistance. We have two lift size options available (2" or 3") and each kit comes with two blocks and the necessary hardware for installation.
